This experience is held in person group energetic clearing. I have a gift for weaving energy with intentions, allowing me to help others release and clear emotional energy blockages from the body. I am guided through consciousness and work with my guide family, your guides, universal elements, nature, spirit animals/creatures, and the mystic realms.

This experience includes music/sound journey, and intentional breathwork to cultivate and discover how to drop into a connected calm space with yourself.
