Frequently asked questions
We work directly with your consciousness, clearing stored emotions such as - anger, fear, sadness, grief, guilt, shame to name a few, bringing you into a more balanced place.
The experience is hands-off and remote, increasing connection through breathwork and music. Each experience is unique based on whats needing to shift in that moment to benefit you the most.
You are welcome to have a silent experience or to use the music provided.
Music is energy moving, we respond to this energy. The water in our bodies is sensitive to the vibrations and frequency of music. Music and sound are incredible healing tools that enhance our energetic connection. Imagine the notes and sounds linking us together as I work with you. In my experience, music is also an excellent way of going within and quieting the mind.
Remote means we connect without Zoom or any other equipment.
An alternative is available if you know in advance of the assigned appointment time. However, I will still proceed if a disturbance occurs just before or during our session. Please email me if anything comes up so we can discuss it.
Know that your consciousness and guides are still working on you even if you can't feel them. It helps to remain present, as this expands your conscious mind while you feel your body's energy. (Possible reasons for not feeling your energetic body may be due to a busy mind, distractions, detachment from feeling the body, heavily blocked energy flow within the body, resistance, or a conscious or unconscious belief that this won't work.)
What happens after your experience is highly individual and dependent on many factors. We will have worked on balancing and clearing blocked energy, so you may feel different, while certain emotions may continue to be released for some time. Remember, your consciousness will only act in your best interest. Practice patience and gratitude as you navigate the shifts within.
Individuals will often remain in a meditative state beyond the allocated time—this is wonderful, and I encourage you to allow yourself to be still for as long as you need. When you emerge, please ask your body what it needs to integrate. You may wish to start with a glass of intentional water.
